The Village of South Lebanon provides utility services of water, sanitary sewer, and trash collection.  To begin utility services, within the corporation limits, a deposit of $110.78 is required along with the completion of the utility application form.  The South Lebanon Utilities Department is located at 99 North High St.

If you are moving into one of the following subdivisions: Stonebrook, Vista Pointe, River’s Edge, Wynstead, and The Villages of Rivers Bend (The Homestead, Grants Settlement, Fredericks Stand), please contact Warren County Water & Sewer Department at (513) 695-1377 to begin your utility services.  Once the water and sewer services have been established, please contact the South Lebanon Utilities Department at (513) 494-2296 to begin trash collection service.  The stated subdivisions are subject to Warren County water rates, South Lebanon sanitary sewer rates, and trash collection rates.  Although South Lebanon provides sewer service, and trash collection one bill will be generated from Warren County for all three services.

Rates for Water Usage:

Ordinance 2006-07

 For the first 3,000 gallons or part thereof used in any one month, the rate is $23.70 for each single family residence or each dwelling unit within the corporation limits.  Any amount used in excess of 3,000 gallons will be charged $2.00 per 1,000 gallons. 

Customers outside the corporation limits are billed at a base rate of $34.20 for the first 3,000 gallons.  Any amount used in excess of 3,000 gallons will be charged $3.00 per 1,000 gallons.

Rate for Sanitary Sewer Usage:

Ordinance 2006-12

 Metered, non-metered, and bulk metered customers rate is $37.50 per month for the first 3,000 gallons.  Any amount used in excess of 3,000 gallons will be billed $1.80 per 1,000 gallons. 

Rate for Solid Waste Removal (Trash Collection):

Ordinance 2006-15

 Effective August 1, 2006 thru July 31, 2007 the rate for solid waste removal per residential customer is $12.00 per month. 

Trash Service Policy

Trash service runs each Thursday.  Place trash receptacles out the night before (Wednesday) after 6:00 p.m.  Trash receptacles must be taken in by sundown on the day of trash collection.
